Refund policy
Unless the item is faulty, you will be issued store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. We offer returns on all full priced items for store credit only provided that:
  • Items are returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is returned unworn, undamaged in the original packaging with all original tags and hygiene sticker still attached.
  • Then item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers). Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty. 

How do I return an item?

  1. Initiate return here: RETURN CENTER
  2. Once the Return is APPROVED, a pre-paid shipping label will be emailed.
  3. Attach label to the returned package. 
  4. Ship package prior to the return deadline of 14 days.
  5. Once we receive your return, we will email you store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used storewide! 

Can my order be exchanged?

Please note: due to high demand, we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock once we receive your return. All returned items will automatically receive Store Credit which you can use to purchase a different size or style online.

Can my order be cancelled?

We do not accept cancellation of orders.

Can I change my payment method?

We do not accept changes in payment methods.
