The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on the shipping service you select and the shipping address provided.
Allow 1-2 business days for processing as all orders are "made to order".
Please note that transit times are measured at the point of shipping after the processing period.
Where does my order ship from?
Our shipping warehouse is located in Long Island City, New York
- We are not liable for incorrect information given to us when shipping information is asked in check out point. If the shipping address provided is not correct we are not required to refund you. As a customer, you are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order.
- All unclaimed / un-deliverable parcels that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customers own expense.
- Breezy Rack is not liable if your parcel is stolen if you requested safe drop or wrote a delivery instruction to leave your parcel unattended.
Are taxes and duties included in my international order total?
- Please note that Breezy Rack is not liable for customs clearances fees that are required by your country, we also are not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs
- All prices online do not include any of these customs clearance fees. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s customs charges and levies prior to placing an order
- Please keep an eye on your shipment with the tracking number provided to avoid delays, Breezy Rack is not responsible if you are not notified by your country’s postal authority
- We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “Gift”, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient
If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $25 return fee deducted from you store credit to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link that will lead you directly to the package tracker. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam and promotions folders.
How do I check on my order status?
Log in to your online account to be taken directly to your order history page where you can check the status of any order you have placed. If you are already logged in, click the name greeting in the top right corner of the page to be directed to your order history page.
