        Allow 1-2 business days for processing as all orders are "made to order".

        shipping information is asked in check out point. If the shipping
        address provided is not correct we are not required to refund you. As a
        customer, you are responsible to make sure all shipping information is
        accurate before finalizing your order.All unclaimed / un-deliverable parcels that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customers own expense.Breezy Rack is not liable if your parcel is stolen if you requested
        safe drop or wrote a delivery instruction to leave your parcel
        unattended.

        Can my order be cancelled?

        Are taxes and duties included in my international order total?

        Please note that Breezy Rack is not liable for customs clearances
        fees that are required by your country, we also are not responsible for
        the delay in delivery caused by customsAll prices online do not include any of these customs clearance
        fees. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s customs charges
        and levies prior to placing an orderPlease keep an eye on your shipment with the tracking number
        provided to avoid delays, Breezy Rack is not responsible if you are not
        notified by your country’s postal authorityWe are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “Gift”,

        If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there
        will be a $25 return fee deducted from you store credit to cover return
        shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.

        How can I track my order?

        Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation
        email with a link that will lead you directly to the package tracker. If
        you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double check your
        spam and promotions folders.

        How do I check on my order status?

        Log in to your online account to be taken directly to your order
        history page where you can check the status of any order you have
        placed. If you are already logged in, click the name greeting in the top
        right corner of the page to be directed to your order history page. 

        Don’t have an account? Refer to your order confirmation email receipt
        which contains a link that will take you to your order status page.

        Refund policy

        Unless the item is faulty, you will be issued store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. We offer returns on all full priced items for store credit only provided that:


        Items are returned within 14 days of delivery. The item is returned unworn, undamaged in the original packaging with all original tags and hygiene sticker still attached. Then item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers).
        Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty. 

        How do I return an item?

        Initiate return here: RETURN CENTEROnce the Return is APPROVED, a pre-paid shipping label will be emailed.Attach label to the returned package. Ship package prior to the return deadline of 14 days.Once we receive your return, we will email you store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used storewide! 

        Can my order be exchanged?

        Please note: due to high demand, we do not offer
        exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock once we
        receive your return. All returned items will automatically receive Store
        Credit which you can use to purchase a different size or style online.

        Can my order be cancelled?
